POP pilates for beginners
i know i posted this yesterday but OMG SO IN LOVE with it!! it works your abs, legs, butt, arms, and even chest. ahh you have to try it at least once, i know it’s 28 minutes but it goes by so, so quickly, i swear! and i find pilates to be kind of relaxing too haha!
